How to order...
Send an email to daeryl@soulshift.com with the following information:
1. Sender information:
First & last name and email
address.
Your name - if would like it to
appear on gift card(s).
2. Payment information:
Please indicate preference for
online Paypal service or mailing a check.

3. Recipient information:
Name (First/Last), Full mailing
address with Zip.
Item(s) to send: Book(s) &/or
Gift Certificate(s).
"To" name on gift card or
gift certificate.
For books, indicate preference for
signing &/or gift wrap.
Email address/Phone (optional).
When I receive your order, I will send you an email confirming your total, order details and "ship to" addresses.
-If paying by check, this email serves as your invoice and will include address to mail your check.
-If using Paypal, you will receive a separate Paypal invoice which you can use to pay directly online (with or without a Paypal account).
Gift items will be mailed after your payment is received.
